We follow a Direct Consultant-to-Client Collaboration Model, allowing you to work directly with our certified Canadian Immigration and Refugee Board Consultants without any intermediaries. This ensures clear and transparent communication while providing a personalized approach to your case. Your dedicated consultant will offer strategic advice, review your documents, guide you in gathering supporting materials, prepare you for interviews or hearings, and represent you throughout the process.

Our Step-by-Step Process
1. Scheduling Your Consultation
To receive expert advice from one of our licensed immigration consultants , first you must book a consultation. Please note that our administrative staff cannot provide legal advice, and all consultations require appointments. During the consultation, our consultant will thoroughly assess your immigration situation and provide recommendations. All our consultations are paid services, except during limited promotion periods, and payment is required to confirm your booking. If you need an urgent appointment to discuss your case, you can reach out to us directly on our office helpline numbers.
2. During Your Consultation
Our consultant will review your case in detail, answer your questions, and explain your options with their pros and cons. Once you choose to retain our services, your consultation fee will be applied toward the overall cost of your application services.
3. Service Agreement & Fees
In the next step, we will provide a Service Agreement outlining the services we will provide and associated fees. By signing, you formally engage our team to handle your case.
4. Document Collection & Preparation
After signing the Service Agreement, we will send you a personalized list of required documents. High-quality, legible documents are essential for a successful application. Once all documents are received, we will prepare your application, including a detailed submission letter for your case.
5. Application Submission & Post-Submission Support
After preparation, we will submit your application. We will monitor the application process, inform you of any updates, and provide guidance if additional information is requested. Once approved, we will guide you through any further steps. In cases of delays, we follow up with IRCC on your behalf to request a status update.
