Ms. Poonam Thakur, RCIC-IRB, began her educational and professional journey in India, where she gained valuable experience in student visa processing and counseling. After immigrating to Canada, she pursued her studies in Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Law at the prestigious Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. With over 16 years of experience in the immigration industry, she founded her own consultancy, Career Wings Immigration Services, in Calgary, Alberta.
She holds Class L3 license allowing her to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. She is an active member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and maintains a good standing with the organization.
